If you have any type of dental coverage, congratulations! Any kind of dental benefit is helpful. We will be happy to submit a claim and accept assignment of benefits from any insurance company. We will advocate for you to receive any benefits due to you.
To minimize administrative costs, payment of any deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. We will always provide you with an estimate of treatment costs and discuss any treatment alternatives. We will provide you with a general estimate of what your dental benefit plan is likely to cover. The most accurate information regarding your benefits is best obtained by you calling your dental benefits carrier.
Dental plans are based on a contract between the insurer and the plan purchaser. All plans have limitations to what they will provide and are not intended to cover the entire cost of dental care, other than the most basic services such as exams, x-rays and preventive cleanings. We are not a participant on any insurance provider list or an Oregon Health Plan participant.
We accept cash, checks and Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We offer a 5% bookkeeping courtesy for payment of your care at the time you schedule your treatment. Extended financing with several no-interest options is available through CareCredit.
